CAE takes pride in its quality design and manufacturing standards. All CAE Skills Trainers are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase against any defects in workmanship or materials. This warranty does not cover damage incurred through use not consistent with the product design, or by improper storage or care techniques. Failures resulting from alteration, accident, misuse, vandalism, or neglect are not covered under this warranty. This warranty does not extend to any products used in violation of written instructions.

During the warranty period, a defective part or product will be replaced with a new or reconditioned part or product, depending on the availability at the time. We recommend using sharp, unbent 18- to 21-gauge needles and corresponding catheters. Users should avoid using dull and/or bent needles because they can prevent stubborn needle tracks from being reabsorbed by the tissue simulation material. Needles should be replaced every 8 to 10 uses to ensure they remain sharp.

Our CAE Blue Phantom models are made with our patented Simulex™ tissue, which mimics the acoustics of human tissue. They can be scanned with any diagnostic ultrasound system.

Any product with tubing contains latex, although the latex may not be easily accessible. We are developing a solution to remove latex from our product line. Please refer to the specific product description for additional details on latex components.
